DHL – Worldwide 3-7 working days for delivery once posted.
Thailand post – Worldwide 7-14 working days for delivery once posted.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier.

L GUEL ships worldwide.

Each item is sent with a track and trace code and signed for service via Thailand post or DHL, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as the tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you.

L GUEL is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post or stolen once sent and/or delivered that are out of our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances.

International Shipping

If you order products for delivery outside of the Thailand, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Any packages shipped back to L GUEL as a Return To Sender due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a USD 15-50 Return To Sender Fee to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified of said return by a customer support representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee will be invoiced and be made payable through the original payment method.
